Relationships are immensely valuable and enriching but they can also become a primary source of stress when things aren’t working.
Some of the main obstacles people face in their relationships are communication challenges,
misunderstandings around basic human needs, dealing with unhealthy patterns of behaviour, setting boundaries, as well as issues around self-love and self-awareness.
Relationship difficulties can lead to stress, anxiety, self-harm, depression, low self-worth and concerns around being a good parent.
I work alongside people to address these challenges. I use yoga and meditation techniques, as well as life coaching and a spiritual lens to help clients work their way through relationship challenges.
I help people deal with marital conflicts, parent-child conflicts, inter-family conflicts, as well as situations that arise within the workplace, community and amongst friends and peers.
